Managing Community Contacts

In Community Contacts you can create a directory of contacts and their details for personnel that may be useful to your residents.

Community Contacts

Navigate to Community Contacts.

Click Community Info then click Community Contacts.

Use the Select Community filter to only show contacts for a single community.

Creating a Community Contact

Click Add Contact.

Enter the contact's information. You may include the following.

  • Contact's name - required field

  • Description

  • Position - required field

  • Email

  • Phone Number

  • URL - a weblink to their company or relevant website

Select the communities for which this contact should be displayed.

Click Target Communities to open a dropdown menu.

Check the box(s) for the desired communities. Then click off of the popup window or the up arrow to return to Community Contact page.

It is important to include a contact picture for each contact if available. A picture or headshot will often humanize the contact as well as inspire confidence and trust.

Upload a profile picture by clicking Upload an Image Here.

If you have any other files that relate to this person you can attach them by clicking Attach Additional File Here.

After attaching the picture and file they will be listed below the corresponding boxes.

When you have finished entering the information click Save.

Your new contact will now be displayed in Community Contacts.

Setting the display order of contacts

You can easily change the order that the contacts are displayed on the Mobile App and on the Manger's Dashboard.

Navigate to Community Contacts.

Click Set Order.

This will open a popup window with a list of the contacts.

Click and drag the = icon to set the desired contact order.

When the order is set, Click Save.

The contacts will be displayed in the new order.

Edit a Community Contact

To Edit a Community Contact, click Edit on the Contact listing.

This will open the contact. Make any desired edits and click Save.

Archive a Community Contact

To Archive\Remove a Community Contact, click Archive from the Contact listing.

The Archived Contacts will be moved to the Archived Tab.

Restore a Community Contact

Navigate to the Archived Tab of Community Contacts.

To restore an Archived Contact, click Activate from the Contact Listing.
