Useful Links is an area where you can provide links to information that may be of assistance to your residents. Links are set-up and managed the same way as your Community Connections Information.

Some examples of Useful links include:

Navigate to Useful Links.

Click Community info then click Useful links.

To view Useful Links for select communities, click the Select Community box. This will open a dropdown menu. Check the box(s) for each desired community, then click the Select Community box again to close.

The list will now only display Useful Links for the selected communities.

Click Add Link.

Enter the desired link information. The title and description are the only required fields.

Click Select Communities to open a dropdown menu. Check the box(s) for your desired associations.

You can choose to add a file by clicking Upload Files to Attach.

Click Submit.

Your Useful Link will now be listed.

To Edit an existing Useful Link simply click the name of the link. This will open the Edit Useful Link screen. You can make any desired changes and click Submit.

To Remove a Useful Link, click the red Trashcan Icon in line with the desired Useful Link.

Removed Useful Links can be viewed or reactivated from the Archived Tab.

To activate an archived Useful Link, click the Red Clock icon. This will restore the Link to the Active Tab.

You can set the display order of the Useful Links on the Mobile App as well as in the Manager's Dashboard.

Navigate to Useful Links.

Click Set Order. This will open popup window with the Useful Links order.

Click and drag the = icon for each Link to reorder the items.

Click Save.

The display order will now be updated.

To remove Useful Links from the list, click the red Trash Can icon in line with the desired link.

The link will be moved to the Archived Tab.

From the Archived Tab, click the red Clock Icon.

The Useful link will be moved back to the Active Tab.
