Becoming familiar with your Global Dashboard

When you log in to the Manager's Dashboard you will land on your personal Dashboard page. If you are in another part of the system, you can simply click Dashboard.

You will use the Dashboard to manage requests that residents have submitted using the mobile app.

Filter Submissions

Your dashboard will display open requests from all communities in your portfolio. There are many ways to filter your requests and narrow down the list. Selecting a filter item will automatically filter the displayed list of submissions. Your filter options include the following:

  • Submission Title - Search for a request by title, start typing to narrow your list.

  • Form Type - Click Form Type to open a multi select box. Choose all your desired form types.

  • Date Lodged - Click the Date Lodged box to choose a filter date.

  • Follow Up Date - Click the Follow Up Date box to choose a filter date.

  • Assignee - Click Assignees to open a multi select box. Choose all your desired Assignees.

  • Community - Click Community to open a multi select box. Choose all your desired Communities.

  • Status - Click Status to open a multi select box. Choose all your desired Statuses.

Edit Request

To edit an existing request, click anywhere on that request.

Closed Requests

View

To view closed requests, click the Closed Tab from the dashboard.

Reopen a request

Open the closed request by clicking on that request.

Click on the Action button and select Reopen request.

You will be prompted to confirm. Click OK.

The request has been reopened.
