When you log in to the Manager's Dashboard you will land on your Global Dashboard page. This page will display the community requests from all of the communities in your portfolio.

Menu
The system menu is located on the left side and is broken into Global and Community Sections. At the bottom of the menu, you will find links to the Knowledge Base and System Settings.
Clicking on a menu item will open the corresponding submenu.
The submenu can be condensed by clicking the left arrow icon.
This will convert the submenu to icons. Clicking the arrow again will restore the full menu.
Notifications
Your Manager's Dashboard will create a notification when you receive new requests or changes are made to an existing request. You can view these notifications by clicking the Notification Icon in the upper right corner of your screen. This icon will also display the number of unread messages in your inbox.
Clicking the Notification icon will open your notifications panel on the Unread notifications tab. This list of notifications will help keep you informed of any request updates.
Clicking on a notification message will open that request, move the notification message to the Read tab, and you will see the notification icon number reduce by one.
Clicking the Dismiss button on a notification message will also move it to the Read tab.
You can view messages you have already read by clicking the Read Tab.
Sign out
To Log out of the system, click your Initials Icon in the upper right corner.
Click Sign out. This will log you out of Manager's Dashboard.
Knowledge Base
You have access to an extensive knowledge base containing documentation on the system and procedures. This is a quick way to find answers to your questions. Clicking Knowledge Base will open a new tab in your web browser. To return to the Manager's Dashboard simply click on the previous tab.
The Knowledge Base contains articles on the Manager's Dashboard. Click on the Manager's Dashboard picture to open the available articles on the Manager's Dashboard.
You will find the article's hierarchy will match the Manager's Dashboard menu structure.
Click a category to view a list of available articles.
Click on an article to view it.
Settings
Clicking Settings will open the system settings. Your user security rights will dictate which submenu items are displayed. You may not see all of the items shown in the screenshot below.
